RATES FOR 2007-08

Prices are for up to 6 people, $10 additional for each extra person. A security deposit of $250 is required to confirm a reservation; with the full rental fee due 45 days prior to reserved date. The deposit is in addition to the rent but will be refunded within 21 days of your check out inspection. Only cash, checks, or money orders are accepted.
